Bahria Town Phase VIII Business District

Bahria Town Phase 8 is the largest development area in Rawalpindi spanning over dozens of different sectors and blocks. There are several commercial areas in Bahria Town, but the biggest one is Business District which lies in the center of Bahria Town Phase 8.

Business District commercial area lies on both side of Bahria Expressway. It starts from Statue of Liberty and ends at New Head Office of Bahria Town. These big commercial plots lie on both sides of the main boulevard, i.e. South and North, hence we call them Business District South and Business District North.

Business District commercial plots were sold out a couple of years ago, and many commercial projects are currently under construction. However, there is a new launch Palladium Tower in Business District North where a limited number of spaces are currently available on 4 years installments plan.
